Scarlett Trillia is the Founder of the Red House and a long-time contributor to Mendocino’s cannabis community. After saying “Bye” to the demands of the urban grind, Scarlett returned to her family roots in Mendo, worked on small farms and soon became involved in county advocacy for the emerging cannabis market. Her ‘new market’ cannabis work runs the gamut from product development to distribution logistics, inventory management and sales.
Rachel Clark has been helping clients transform their business and lives as an Business Coach for 16 years. Using the tools and principles of the EMyth coaching programs has supported her in building her coaching organization, Synergy Business Coaching, where the focus is on working with small businesses. Her formal education in Marketing and Economics, and years of experience in Executive Recruiting has empowered her to work with clients who are ready to take their leadership and business to the next level.
