Leadership Mendocino
Leadership Mendocino is often described as a "Master Class in Mendocino County". Every year, a group of 30-40 lucky participants attend monthly themed class days which are a combination of workshops, facility tours, activities and panel discussions with some of the most influential and expert people in the county in their fields.
Note from Lia: Seriously consider attending Leadership Mendocino. It's very very good. I graduated last year and recommend the experience to anyone seeking to expand their network of highly effective contacts.

Our dear co-worker Holly Madrigal is the Director of the Leadership Mendocino program of NCO. As you might expect, she is very involved in the community as a Willits Rotarian, Community Foundation volunteer, and 100 Women Strong supporter.
She served twelve years on the Willits City Council, including three terms as Mayor.
Strengths: strong visual design opinions, writing, amateur photography.
Secret wish: to learn Spanish.
Badass moment: learning to operate a backhoe.
Weird accomplishment: built a straw bale house in Northspur, CA.
